Montereau Regatta

The first "Annual" Father's Day Regatta at Montereau is history.  All in all a success.  Thanks to Jim Stinson for running the regatta and for all of you that participated.  I was disappointed that we did not have more residents attend and observe but it certainly was a challenge for all who sailed.  Carrie, the activities director talked like she still wanted to do it again next year.  We will see.

Montereau Regatta

10:00 - The first of the fleet members arrive and layout the course on the pond.  This will take about 30 minutes or so.
10:30 - The balance of the fleet will arrive and transport their boats to the pond and launch and practice.
11:00 - First race to start.
12:00 - Break for lunch
1:00   - Resume racing
2:00 apx - Complete the 15 race schedule
2:30   - Score races
3:00   - Awards presentation.
